Metal Structure

• Box girder for partial rail beam or H beam structure, the steel plate welding forming
• Material of steel plate is Q235B/Q345B
• Vertical deflection is L/800
• All steel shot blasting pretreatment, achieve Sa2.5 levelstandard
• Carefully check and cleaned before welding steel, usually by the automatic welding machinefor welding (MIG or semi-automatic welding)
• All weld for X-ray nondestructive flaw detection
• Beam of rectangular steel pipe or welding forming in the numerical control machine toolprocessing forming at a time, material of steel plate Q235B/Q345B
• Each end beam is equipped with double rims of wheels, buffers and derailment protectiondevices
• The maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) of double-beam crane is installed in thedriving side of crane in the direction of the main beam
