The overhead cranes produced by our company are divided into three types: ordinary overhead cranes, simple girder overhead cranes and special overhead cranes for metallurgy.
1. Ordinary overhead cranes are divided into single girder overhead cranes and double girder overhead cranes. Ordinary overhead cranes usually consist of a hoist, a bridge travel mechanism, and a bridge metal structure. The lifting trolley consists of three parts: the lifting mechanism, the trolley travel mechanism and the trolley frame.
2. Simple girder overhead cranes are also called girder cranes. Their structural composition is similar to ordinary overhead cranes, and their lifting capacity, span and operating speed are relatively small. The main beam of the bridge frame is a simple cross-sectional beam, composed of an I-beam or other steel and sheet steel. A chain or electric hoist is used with a simple trolley as a lifting trolley. The trolley usually moves on the lower shelf of the I-beam. The bridge frame can move along the track on the trestle or on the track suspended under the trestle. This type of crane is called a suspended beam crane.
3. Metallurgical overhead cranes can participate in certain technological operations in the steel production process. Its main structure is similar to ordinary overhead cranes, but special operating mechanisms or devices are also installed on the lifting trolley. The operating characteristics of this type of crane are frequent use, harsh environment and high level of work.
1. Industrial area
Overhead cranes are widely used in the industrial field, and are mainly used for material handling and material transportation in the production line. For example, in the steel, automotive and power industries, overhead cranes can be used to move heavy and bulky items such as large parts, hot rolled coils and transformers. 2. Construction industry
