At the same time, it also adopts a variable frequency motor and a variable frequency control system, ensuring smooth starting and more accurate positioning of the lifting tool for grabbing the box. The use of a variable frequency reduction motor rotary drive steering method eliminates the need for hydraulic systems, eliminates the common fault of hydraulic system oil leakage, and reduces maintenance costs. Having appropriate safety performance and overload protection devices can maximize the safety of business personnel and equipment.

The tire-type gantry crane is composed of steel structure, cart, trolley, hoist, electrical control system and other parts. Among them, the steel structure is mainly composed of portal frames, beams, leg frames, etc. A winch is installed on the cart to realize vertical hoisting of goods; the trolley is responsible for lateral movement to facilitate the horizontal movement of goods.
When the tire-type gantry crane is working, it first needs to be moved to the place where it needs to be worked and firmly fixed. The operator can then control the movement of the cart and trolley through the control system and lower the hoisting hook of the winch to the position where the goods need to be lifted. Then, lift, transport, lower and other actions are performed to complete the hoisting operation.
