A gantry crane is a bridge-type crane, which is a steel structure moving along rails and carrying out loading and unloading operations using a hoist or winch, moving along the crane span using a carriage or crane trolley (depending on the crane design). The scope of this equipment is quite wide: they are actively used in loading and unloading and construction and installation works in various industries (metallurgical, mining, woodworking), as well as in construction, mechanical engineering, metal depots, open warehouses, etc. With its help, the following is performed:

• Loading and unloading operations;
• Maintenance of production lines;
• Transportation of goods in open areas, landfills.

Our company is engaged in the production of industrial gantry cranes of two types:

• Single girder gantry cranes. They are a single-beam superstructure mounted on support posts moving along rails. In this type of cranes, only lifting mechanisms such as an electric hoist are used, which are suspended from the crane superstructure. Used in open areas, in cases where it is not possible to fix the beam.
• Double girder gantry cranes. This is a two-beam box-type superstructure mounted on support posts moving along rails. In such cranes, different types of lifting mechanisms (hoists, winches) are used, which are mounted on a crane trolley moving along the superstructure with the help of rails. Such cranes are used for heavier operating modes, large lifting capacities, the need to equip the crane with a cabin. They are used in open areas, they can carry out loading and unloading operations outside the superstructure by moving the lifting mechanism on the console.
