QDY Overhead Crane with Hook Foundry(Ladle crane) Uzbekistan

Our company can provide QDY bridge cranes to customers in Uzbekistan. QDY bridge cranes have modular design, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces costs. The reduction in structural dimensions can be between 10% and 50% depending on the lifting tonnage. The larger the lifting tonnage, the greater the reduction. When using air operation, there is a sloping ladder connecting the driver’s cab to the main beam, and the bottom of the main beam is designed with an insulation layer. The main and auxiliary hooks can work together (pouring metal liquid), and the hook heads are equipped with anti detachment devices to prevent the steel wire rope from falling off. The main lifting mechanism is a dual motor, dual brake, single drum, and the steel wire rope is made of metal core, high-temperature resistant, and high safety factor products.

Our company mainly manufactures ladle cranes with lifting capacity of 5~550t, span of 10.5m~31.5m, lifting height of 1m-30m, working class（A7), also can design and manufacture according to requirements.

Application

1.  It is designed based on the QD type overhead crane.
2.  Mainly used for transporting, pouring, and charging liquid metal during the smelting process.
3.  Crane assembly and test accord with No. 375, 2007 document issued by AQSIQ.

It is applicable in the temperature of -10℃～+60℃, Humidity≤85%; if the temperature is below +60℃, humidity ≤50%. Altitude below 1000m, Power is 3-phase 380v 50HZ(also can be customized according to customer’s requirements).

QDY bridge crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal in metallurgical, casting and other places. The specific areas that can be applied in Uzbekistan include:

• Metallurgical factory: used for lifting and operating molten metals, such as molten steel, iron, etc. These cranes can operate efficiently in high temperatures and harsh environments.
• Casting workshop: During the casting process, molten metal needs to be poured into the mold, and QDY bridge crane can quickly and accurately complete this operation.
• Metal processing factories: In these factories, cranes can be used to lift and move heavy metal workpieces to improve production efficiency.
• Docks and warehouses: At docks and warehouses, QDY bridge cranes can be used to load, unload, and store heavy goods, including various metal materials.

Note：If some items are without marks，such as lifting height、type of cabin and entry direction、rail type、crane conductor、Mechanism working class、air conditioner etc. it should instruct in the contract or product technical drawing.

Ladle Crane mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, traveling mechanism and electrical equipments.

Note：The main hook is used for lifting steel ladle, the aux. hook is used for lifting other goods; It is not allowed for Main and AUX. hooks to lift two different goods at the same time. When separate working, it is not allowed to exceed the rated lifting capacity of main and aux. Hook. Working at the same time, it is not allowed to exceed the rated lifting capacity of main hook.
