41 ton rail container gantry crane for Tashkent’s automotive industry

We have designed and manufactured this rail mounted container gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 41 tons for an automotive factory in Tashkent. This container gantry crane started construction on June 30, 2021 and completed installation on May 27, 2022, taking a total of 11 months. In terms of transportation, we have chosen railway transportation.

Container gantry cranes can be used to load components from car factories into containers, or to unload components from containers into factories. This enables automobile factories to more conveniently transport parts for import and export, improving production efficiency.

In the automobile assembly workshop, container gantry cranes can be used to hang the car frame or body inside the container, facilitating the movement and transportation of vehicles within the factory. This helps to improve production efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

In the logistics and warehousing process of automobile factories, container gantry cranes can assist in storing automobile parts and finished vehicles in containers, improving warehouse utilization and storage efficiency. By using container gantry cranes, rapid loading and unloading and handling of containers can be achieved, reducing logistics costs.
